At our microgreens farm, we are proud to offer 2oz and 4oz packs of fresh and vibrant salad mixes of microgreens. These mixes contain a variety of greens including broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, arugula, red cabbage, and mustard. The combination brings a balanced, but spicy, flavor profile perfect to bring a little more of zest to any sandwich, salad, wrap, soup or a pinch straight from the fridge. It even boasts a bit of Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron and beta-carotenes.
