Welcome to our site! We're excited to share our passion for farm-to-fork food with you. Although we launched our business in 2024, our journey began long before then. Our Story
At Schuelace Farms, Andrea's and Sam's passion for fresh, nutritious food meets a commitment to sustainability.
As founders, our love for growing delicious food and Sam's grandmother, Viviana's, timeless advice have shaped our mission: to sustainably grow and deliver nutritious food from our farm, to your fork. Viviana believed in never cheating yourself out of good shoes or good food, recognizing that one supports your body while the other fuels it.
At our farm in Pisgah Forest, NC, we prioritize sustainable, organic practices and never use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our dedication to natural farming extends to our seed selection—we use non-GMO seeds and opt for organic varieties whenever they are available.
But our commitment to sustainability doesn't stop at our growing practices. Our packaging is 99% plant-based and fully compostable, reflecting our belief in minimizing our environmental footprint whenever we can. You can find us at local Farmer's Markets, where we love inviting visitors to sample our microgreens.
